Q: What do you think of Shakeology?
A: I use Chocolate Shakeology every morning as my breakfast replacement meal. I absolutely love the fact that I am starting my day off with all the vitamins and minerals that I need for the entire day first thing.
Q: When should I take whey protein?
A: I recommend taking it once in the morning and right after your workout. If you’re taking the Recovery Formula, then take the whey an hour after you take that.
Q: Will whey protein make me fat?
A: Not at all! Whey protein is very important for muscle building, and the best protein that you can consume!
Q: When do you take the Recovery Formula?
A: You are supposed to take the Recovery Formula directly following the workout. It has the right balance of simple carbs and protein (4:1 ratio), and is essential for proper muscle recovery!
Q: What supplements should I take to gain mass?
A: When my Son Josh is trying to gain mass, he takes creatine, whey protein, Jack3d, and the Recovery Formula. Gaining mass has a lot to do with the timing of supplements and the proper diet!
